Do you have any stores?  

No. Goguls is only an online shopping store.

How do I sign up?

Once you are on the Goguls website homepage, click on the “Log In/Sign Up” option on top right. New customers have to fill in a few details to register. Existing customers can use their email and password to sign in.

How many items can I add in my shopping cart?

You can add unlimited items in your shopping cart.

Do your products come with any guarantee or warranty?

We guarantee that every product you purchase will be delivered exactly as pictured and described on the Goguls website and will be free from any defect or damage.

If, however, you receive a product that does not meet these criteria, we will issue you a full refund or provide you with a replacement.

Do you provide online tracking numbers?

We will email you a tracking number for your order as soon as your order is shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my purchase order?

As soon as you confirm your purchase order, you will automatically receive an invoice on the email address you provide us. 

How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?

In general, if a delivered product is defective or damaged, we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account.

If non-defective/non-damaged products are to be returned with receipt , they must shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your account.

Please don't forget to give your purchase receipt with the product. We are not accepting any product without receipt.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by product line. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or Oversea Post. Some product lines use actual carrier rates while others have flat rate shipping.

How are products shipped?

Products are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx, USPS and also Oversea Post (depending on the weight and the product line). Most orders are shipped same day, if the order is placed before 10:00 am Pacific Time. Orders are usually received within 5-20 days from the day you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?     We only ship within the United States and Canada. Only home décor, garden decor and jewelry items are shipped to Canada.

Are the charges different for different countries/states?

We only ship our products to the USA and Canada. The shipping charges to Canada are higher than those of USA.
